Product Introduction
After the cold-rolling process, cold-rolled steel plates are annealed and temper rolled, a process that uses a work roll with a fine level of surface roughness. The process reduces the surface roughness of bright steel sheet to less than 0.2μRa, giving the sheet a high-gloss surface finish, similar to that of stainless steel sheet.
Applications
Products that require a bright, shiny surface after being coated with nickel or chrome such as accessories, ornaments, stationery supplies (binders, clips), dining ware, and light and heat reflectors.
